Meet Polly Butteris

Polly joined CP Law Solicitors in March 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2024. She began her legal journey in 2016 obtaining her undergraduate and master’s degree in law whilst also working with legal teams from 2018.

Polly is a dedicated solicitor specialising in Family Law and Private Client, passionate about helping people through life’s most important moments. In Family Law, Polly combines professionalism with empathy, supporting clients through sensitive issues like divorce, financial arrangements, and child matters. In Private Client, Polly provides clear, practical advice on matters such as wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate/estate administration, ensuring clients feel confident about their future. Known for being approachable and understanding, Polly takes pride in building strong relationships and guiding clients every step of the way.

In her spare time, Polly enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, family and friends, having her two cats at home and watching football and Formula One racing.
