We assist our clients with various aspects of Estate Planning including the creation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Advice.

We understand that Estate Planning can be a difficult topic for our clients to approach and that is why we pride ourselves on providing a personalised service. We also want to ensure our clients are safe in the knowledge that our staff are fully abreast with the ongoing changes in the law. As such, our staff are both WIQS accredited (the Law Society’s “Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme”) and members of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
