Marianne Tyndall

Meet Marianne Tyndall

I have specialised in family law and dispute resolution for over a decade in the Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey areas since qualifying in 2008.

I am experienced in all areas of matrimonial and family law both dealing with issues that arise between married and unmarried couples and all associated matters such as divorce, children, financial matters or domestic violence. I am also a member of Resolution.

As a military wife, I have knowledge as to how divorce and family matters can affect forces families. I act for many military personnel and their dependents and I have a thorough understanding of the financial settlement options including military pensions. I provide legal advice to the military and their dependents through the RAF Hive Odiham on a regular basis.

I am also an experienced litigator and can assist with civil litigation matters such as debt collection, neighbour disputes, contractual claims and landlord and tenant law. I also specialise in employment law.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. I am a level 2 All England netball coach, treasurer and player for a local netball team and a keen follower of football. I am a Parent Governor at a local school.
