Holly joined CP Law Solicitors in August 2013 and has instantly become an integral member of the residential conveyancing department. Holly is a Licensed Conveyancer and qualified in March 2012 having studied and qualified via the Council for Licensed Conveyancers whilst in full time employment. Holly has also achieved her Diploma in Probate Law and Practice and is currently doing her practical experience.
Holly deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, new builds (including Help to Buy schemes) and land registration issues.
Holly’s no-nonsense approach to conveyancing means transactions are progressed efficiently and professionally with clients receiving the very best advice and attention to detail.
In her spare time Holly enjoys going to the gym and Zumba, meeting up with friends and family.
