Project Management & Snagging:

Our basic philosophy is simple: get it right – keep it right. We offer a tailor-made project management service to align with client requirements. Whether that be Project Monitoring, Employers Representative or full blown Project Management, we can provide a turnkey package to turn your vision into reality.

Planned Maintenance:

Once completed, it is essential to manage the property in accordance with good estate management practice and manufacturers’ guidelines to protect the value of the asset.

We will write an integrated “Planned and Preventative Maintenance Plan” and ensure that the building remains in top condition such that it will give good service and can be sold with a Full Service History (FSH).

Distressed Assets:

We help lending institutions to deal with “ASBO” properties to facilitate debt recovery and minimise losses. We will carry out a detailed appraisal of the situation and write a detailed report including a rescue plan. We can then implement the agreed “road map”.

Lease Extensions:

A property held on a residential lease is, effectively, a wasting asset. There is legislation giving the leaseholder the right to an extension in exchange of a premium. We can calculate this figure and negotiate with the Freeholder for an extended lease.
